This award is designed to contribute towards the knowledge and understanding for the Level 2 NVQ/SVQs in Customer Service while containing additional skills and knowledge which go beyond the scope of the National Occupational Standards. It provides a valuable alternative for those candidates who do not have access to the NVQ/SVQ.
